Delivery Policy

• We use USPS, UPS, and FEDEX for the U.S. shipping and UPS, and FEDEX for the overseas shipping, and the delivery period is 1 to 7 days from the date of deposit confirmation. (Excluding holidays)

• Please contact ERR;OR NYC customer center for any changes made after payment.
  

• If the products you ordered have already been shipped, you cannot cancel the order.

• If the product is returned due to an incorrect address or customers have not been contacted by the courier, customers will be responsible for the cost of the delivery. So, please leave the correct address and contact number.
